Zor Jewelry accepts payment via local banking Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), as well as the PayFast payment gateway.

Payfast – you do not need your own PayFast account in order to pay by card – payment fees are charged to the seller, not the buyer – visit https://www.payfast.co.za for more information on this payment gateway.

DELIVERY TERMS & SHIPPING

Please allow for up to 5 working days for the delivery of your order. We will get your order to you as quickly as possible – there are, however, lead times associated with order processing and shipping – some items and areas may require an extra day or two.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box, and will need a physical address for all deliveries. We send orders throughout most of South Africa using a select reputable courier – the courier charge is an additional R150 per order for Local deliveries (within Cape Town and surrounds), and R150 for National deliveries. Special trips to Outlying Areas are charged at R150.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the postal code of the delivery address – please ensure the input of a correct 4-digit postal code in the relevant field – otherwise the system may default to the most expensive shipping option (but which we can then rectify/reimburse).

To ensure accurate invoicing, email notifications and avoid delays in delivery please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and contact detail in full. Delivery will be arranged once payment has been made and the funds confirmed in our Payfast/bank account. You will receive notification when your order is dispatched, with the corresponding shipment tracking number. Once an order is dispatched it is within the courier service and outside of our control – we cannot be held liable for delays or items lost or damaged during delivery (but will work along with the courier company to resolve the situation).
