RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an item that you are unhappy with you may contact us within 7 days of receiving it to arrange a return, and an associated exchange or refund – provided the original item is unworn and undamaged, and still in its original packaging. We shall have no obligation to exchange or refund any item announced after the 7 day return period.

The customer will be liable for the return courier charge, and then be credited the value of the return item – the exchange item will be processed as a new order, with the standard courier charge and delivery times being applicable. Refunds will be according to the value of the return item only, and does not include the original delivery fee.
